Our house is located in a quiet residential district, 15 minutes from the airport 10 blocks from the beach and downtown, easily accessible to train station or bus as supermarkets, shops and restaurants, there is a private park complex with pool enabled in summer.

Guests must be respectful of the hosts at all not to overdo the noise currently being considered in the use of equipment and not waste energy leaving lights or lit in his absence fans, if you happen to share a bathroom with another guest to take special care with hygiene and order.

Although I stayed only two nights, I have very fond memories of this place, especially Beatriz and her family. I landed in Malaga at night and due to internet problems I got lost then Beatriz came and guided me to her house (in the middle of the night). Thank you again.

Highly recommended.
Beatriz was a lovely host, the homestay facilities are exactly as advertised. The room small but comfortable, nice, large, clean bathroom with shower & bath.
Also use of a lovely terrace with views.
Able to use beautiful gardens (shared with local residents) and pool in seasonal use.
Excellent WiFi.

It is worse than a prison cell, unfriendly people and no space, not allowed to go anywhere else than the bathroom and your room, no possibility to park a car and they are just complaining. Never again.

He showed up at 12 at night the day before by mistake, I had to fix everything for him, I was up until 2 in the morning to receive him, although it was his mistake he has never apologized for that, he showed up unannounced through the family areas with if it were my uncle, he pretended to have a parking available which of course was not included, he never understood that he was in someone else's house and that his reservation included a private bedroom, a bathroom and a terrace, he pretended to have all the house available and the hostess at her disposal, he did not know how to respect the spaces and does not know the concept of discretion and knowing how to be. I also wasted time and bothered partners by showing them flats that he couldn't afford, it was a nightmare

Es war alles sehr schön und sauber. Beatriz und Familien sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Ich kann nur weiter empfehlen.

The sun terrace you see in the picture was locked! Although the weather was not very good for most of my stay one of the sunny afternoons l came back to sit out there but could not?!! There was no one around to help? l was originally looking for 1 week but due to cercumstances l emailed Bertix to tell here l would only be staying 5nights. But when she and her husband came and collected me from the bottom of the hill (10mins on foot) not only did they want £5 for the lift she told me l had to pay for the whole week?!! OK l didn't want to argue but better customer service rather than just the money! She also told me she would provide a light breakfast in the price? l asked could l just have an omelette? but her light breakfast was only a couple of biscuits? She said l could do myself an omelette if l bought the eggs and did it early as guests don't use her kitchen? She did let me have a tray in the fridge to keep a few things. The room small with a single bed. kettle plus tea and coffee. wifi was good. Bathroom next door to share with her and her husband and son plus another mail guest. Watered down soap and little things like this was just all about money not comfort. l didn't know what to expect but others on your web site who responded sounded friendly and helpful? but they were not in the location l wanted. l would like more of an understanding of what to expect if l were to use this company again. But this experience was not good for me! l was very glad to leave! yours sincerely Carol Bennett

Hello community , i accept any review as i want to improve, i ask guests to fulfill a questionaire before leaving the house and was extremelly helpfull to me to improve or correct things, i could not give it to my guest Carol because she has gone before and without saying good bye.
What i cannot accept are lies.
Everything she said are lies, i wonder whay?
1. I agreed with her to pick her out with my car to know each in person before entering in the house, and of course to carry the suitcases and bags that were a lot, she accept the few 5€ for that, now she says that i should have done it for free ??
2. The bedroom is 12 mt with 2 windows, tv, kettle, all the necessary to take any food and much more that he asked to me
The bathroom is a nice, tidy and completed one to share only with onother guest that was out all day long, not with me or my family at all.
3. The place in the fridge is a drawer were guests can put their own food, she ocupied much more because she had a lot because of health reasons she said, in one ocasion she ocupied the drawer of the other guest too!.
4. The terrace was locked but the key was available for guests, the problem was the whether as it was cold and raining.
5. The breakfast , is coffe/tea/milk with something of guest's choice, i agree with Caron, that she could cook giving her an exceptional permission because of her illness, but she never did it. Is a help that everything is in our messages's story here.
I am sured that i am missing some clarifications but i guess that it is enough to explain the idea.
Finally, i must say that this guest asked me for one week and that was that i charged and gave to her, she told me that she have had many problems in the places she had just gone, and now i can understand that it is not something isolated.
In any case i wish her rhe best as she said that was ill.
How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) and a 25% deposit using a choice of payments: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal. The deposit is collected in advance on behalf of the host to protect against no show or late cancellations (within 7 days of arrival). You then pay your host the balance due on arrival. The 25% deposit payment is made to the host 2 business days after your scheduled arrival date. This deposit payment will only be refunded if you cancel the booking at least 7 full days prior to arrival.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
