Wellcome to my new home. I have just moved to Costa del Sol looking for a sunny place near the see. But aswell i need to be near a capital city, so i decided to join beach atmosphere with a cultural city.. That´s why Benalmadena is perfect. I live 200 mts from the train station , with permanet connections to Malaga center and to the airport.
I am a journalist, 58 years old, work at home, and i can prepare a plan for a full inmertion in spanish. Ask for details. At night i usually watch movies on Netflix or similar and also I watch football matches from La Liga Española and Champions. I am fan of Barcelona.

About the Area
Our city is centrally located in the area, very near the commercial area of Arroyo de la Miel: lots of shops and bars are near the house, and we have a Carrefour 100 mts from home. To go to the beach you should walk 1500 mts, but you get a local bus at the corner of our bilding. This area is very safe, you can arrive home late.

You pay cash on arrival. In december i require to pay 20% in advance via paypal, and the cancellation policy is that we return money if you cancell 15 days before your reservation date.

Coty’s cosy flat is homely and she is friendly, welcoming and helpful. She speaks English fluently which made communication easy for me. She introduced me to her friends which was a big bonus as it allowed me to experience one of the real benefits of homestay.
How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
