I am a remote worker, working from home.
I am living in a two bedroom apartment, each with a private bathroom.
I have a spare room with private bathroom and small balcony.
The beach is a 5 minute walk away, as are the many shops, bars and restaurants.
Benidorm is a very pleasant 20-30 minute walk along the coast away.
Many people stroll this route daily and nightly.
It is truly beautiful.
If you like hiking and nature walks, you will also find plenty of that within easy reach.
You may stay in the room, use the bathroom, kitchen and washing facilities.
My workspace may not be used, unless by agreement.
Please also respect noise levels, etc. while I am working.

About the Area
The apartment is on the 27th floor with awesome views. It is opposite a mini-golf course and overlooks a green wooded area. It is within easy access of all major highways, bus and tram stops and only a short walk to the beach. There is a big shopping complex within 5 - 10 minutes drive, or 5 minutes by tram. The beach is reputed to be one of the best in the region, if not Spain. Most days are sunny, although there is occasional wind and stormy weather, but this is the exception. Temperatures range from hot in summer, to mild and even, warm in winter. However, you must be prepared for cool evenings and mornings in winter and it is sometimes colder than expected due to the sea breeze. Pack appropriately : )

Meals
Hosts can offer a complimentary light breakfast at their discretion. All other meals, including a full breakfast, might incur an additional cost, if offered. Meals and any additional payment should be arranged directly with your host.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
