Learn Spanish family.
We are teachers we offer our own house students from Spanish, in addition to Spanish classes in our school, also practiced all day doing activities with us and talking. We are happy to teach all the nice places of our population.
We love the beach.
Our beautiful Villa is very close to the town center of Calpe and the beach.
No need car to move.
The house is a beautiful villa overlooking the sea, a few meters from the town of Calpe, you can walk in 2 minutes and very close to all services (supermarket, medical, pharmacy, butchery, Market on Saturdays) and it is also very close to the beach and Puerto Blanco Creek Manzanera.
It has two floors with fireplace on both floors for winter, which makes it very cozy.
The villa has a beautiful pool with Roman steps where you can enjoy both day and night, it has a cozy light. There is also a garden with barbecue.
In the house we live three, my husband, my 16 year old son and I, also a Labrador puppy Coco and our sweet little cat Lucy.
The available room is very spacious, has a double bed, ceiling fan, two windows and a large closet. If necessary, you could put a folding bed or cot on request if they have a child. They have a private bathroom and a private kitchen if they want to use, although it is also possible to provide half or full board so can meet the cuisine of this area as Ana is a good cook.
In the house there are several terraces to enjoy meals and dinners moonlight and a solarium on the upper very private terrace.
The living room has two large sofas where you can watch international television, as it has satellite dish.
SPECIAL INTEREST:
Javier and Ana are SPANISH TEACHERS therefore you can learn or improve your language with us. Price hour 18 €.
We like to walk through the countryside and the beach, and salsa dancing.
We speak Spanish and English.

About the Area
Our house is located in a quiet area, close to the center of town, you can walk in 2 minutes, and also very close to the beach of white port and creek manzanera to which you can also walk if you want .
It has all the amenities close by: supermarket, butchers, Saturday Market, Health Center, Medical, Pharmacy, and also very close to our Spanish School: Spanish School GBCO.
It is very easy to locate, but if you want we can go pick you up at the bus station or train without cost.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
