Hello! We are a family of 3 people, Father Mother and a 17 year old son. We are calm and hardworking people.
IDEAL FOR LEARNING THE SPANISH LANGUAGE.
Mónica, 53 years old, is a housewife, my partner Miguel, 56 years old, Traveler, Marcos, 17 years old, Student and Athlete.
We usually wake up at 07:00 am, have breakfast and do each other's activities. Mónica does household chores, Marcos goes out to study and sports activities. Miguel with work roaming to different places.
During the day we have sports activities, shopping, and we are back at 7:00 p.m., 3 days a week. Alternating days.
Starting at 7:00 p.m., they have a snack, it is a quiet coexistence without noise, only soft music.
During the day, watch TV in each room, central hours. Daily life is in the room, there are no pets.
Each room enjoys good ventilation, personal daily activity, television, studies...
NO SMOKING NO PETS NO ALCOHOL.
At night after 10pm, only Son Marcos dines and an atmosphere of rest and silence is usually generated, with a quiet area.
There is a Rooftop area to relax outdoors, have a drink and enjoy open space.
Use of the bathroom is normal upon return from activities.
Bathroom is quite independent direct from the room to the bathroom. Shower is shared but the location of the bathroom is ideal near the rooms.
That bathroom is shared only with the teenage son. Laundry is on weekends in the morning, and drying in the open air next to the rooms.
Totally close to all services, buses, taxis, and the airport literally 5 minutes away, services, supermarkets, highways 5 minutes away, ALL SERVICES at hand.
Until 10 a.m. in the morning and from 7 p.m. in the afternoon.
Simple complimentary breakfast. Milk with some biscuit.
No smoking, no alcohol, no drugs, no noise, visits to pick up, etc.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
