Apartment of 150 square meters, I can share up to two rooms. Kitchen and bathroom. Is located in the center of Granada. There is the old town, as little old town is. Five minutes or less on the foot of each zone plazas that form the center of the city - Plaza de Gran Capitán, Trinity Square, Square Bibrambla of Fish, New Plaza. The first is the nearest and the farthest last, the last is a quarter hours. Of course walking.

About the Area
By the uniqueness of the city. To get to my car floor is very simple. For there is an entry in the very near utovía. But once arrived, it's best to park it and forget it for the time spent in the city. There are public parking very close, as 5. The entire area is blue area payment. The neighborhood is the developmental typical of the 70s, but it is right on the border of Old Town (the left) for his "story" and situation is full of fast food, at least four continents (I do not know Oceania no food) and of course in Granada, tapas bars.
The floor is usually very quiet.

House Rules
The rules are the respect of all with all. Who comes on vacation can have different schedules that are not. But that need not be a disadvantage because. Smokers, please.
Some people do not seem to take seriously what of smoking, when it is for a night or two, it does not matter much (in summer), but for more than two or winter, it is impossible for a living smoker here, for I am not SMOKING, no smoke.

J'ai passé un séjour très agréable dans le logement proposé par Eulalio : chambre lumineuse, grand possibilité de rangement. En outre, mais cela est plus personnel, je me suis trouvé des affinités avec Eulalio, très cultivé et plein d'humour, qui s'intéresse comme moi à la littérature et à l'histoire mondiale, entre autres sujets. Enfin, logement peu onéreux et situé en plein centre.

Eulalio is very helpful. He gave us all the Information that we need.
He lend us the map of Granada, even Cordoba and Seville.To reach his place was very easy. Because he gave us some pictures of the street from his place and the bus number from the bus station. It was very helpful.
From his place we can just go to Cathedral by walking.

Eulalio was a very good host. He speaks good English. He took the time to tell us some places to go in personally showed us a restaurant he liked. Room was pretty nice. He did have good Internet. Also had full use of the kitchen and washing machine.
The apartment itself needed quite a bit of work however. He also was very.Unconcerned with any cosmetic issues. He left the wash bucket with water and mop sitting in the hallway. Kitchen sink is not hooked up on one side and runs into a bucket under the sink. Also it is quite noisy at night From the upstairs apartment. Probably need earplugs.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
