My apartment is located between subway L1 (Can Serra) and L5 (Can Vidalet), which can go directly to Plaza Catalunya or Sagrada Familia; transfer to L9 to get to the northern university city or BCN airport.

Me sono trovata benissimo alla casa di Ritta Chen! L'appartamento è silenzioso, moltissimo bene situato , con commerci, metro e autobus ha due passe!!! Ritta e il suo figlio sono persone adorabile!!! Loro sono gentile, educatissime e amichevole! Stare 10 giorni con loro è stato un grande piacere. Sicuramente ritornerò!

Cela a été un plaisir de rencontrer Ritta et son fils, qui se sont occupés de mon arrivée et de mon installation avec beaucoup de gentillesse. Ils m'ont apporté de précieux conseils afin que je puisse m'orienter avec facilité dans Barcelone et dans la région en général. J'ai séjourné un mois dans cet appartement partagé, dans la toute petite chambre d'étudiant, la plus économique ce qui me convenait pour ce séjour. Une cuisine spacieuse de la plus grande propreté, un salon avec balcon, il y avait tout le nécessaire, pour mon séjour barcelonais. Ce quartier de Barcelone, à l'extérieur du centre-ville, est très vivant et à proximité de tous les transports, le métro se trouve juste à côté ainsi que l'arrêt de bus, et non loin se trouve aussi une petite gare qui dessert Barcelone et sa banlieue. Cet endroit est très bien desservi. et pas trop loin du centre, il faut compter une vingtaine de minutes en métro pour aller à Plaza Cataluna. Je suis très heureuse de mon temps passé à Barcelone, merci Ritta, un grand merci à tous les deux pour votre accueil, Stéphanie.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) and a 25% deposit using a choice of payments: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal. The deposit is collected in advance on behalf of the host to protect against no show or late cancellations (within 7 days of arrival). You then pay your host the balance due on arrival. The 25% deposit payment is made to the host 2 business days after your scheduled arrival date. This deposit payment will only be refunded if you cancel the booking at least 7 full days prior to arrival.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
