Perfect to know on foot the city due to its unbeatable location. In the middle of the Calle Mayor, 3 minutes walk from the Sol and Opera stops. Right next to the Plaza Mayor, Puerta del Sol, Plaza de Callao, Royal Palace, Opera etc.
With all kinds of amenities included so you can carry out your day to day here as if you were at home;
-Bathroom equipped (towel, shampoo, conditioner, hairdryer ..)
-Terrace with elongated table for 2 people perfect for breakfast / lunch / snack / dinner or watch the sunset of Madrid taking some tapas with beers or glasses of wine.
-Views to the Calle Mayor and to Sol
-Living room equipped (table, chairs, tv + netflix, sofa)
-Fully equipped kitchen (kitchen utensils, paper, oil, dishwasher, oven, olive oil, salt, sugar and * breakfast for stays of less than 1 week.

The room has a large double bed with 2 auxiliary tables with drawers, a mirror, a coat rack with shelves for hanging / leaving clothes or personal items and an outside window with views that makes it very bright.

Located in the middle of the Calle Mayor, 3 minutes walk from the Sol and Opera stops that have almost all the metro lines available.
You will not have to use public transport, since you can access all the walking sites.
Right next to the Plaza Mayor, Puerta del Sol, Plaza de Callao, Royal Palace, Opera etc.
15 minutes walking distance from the Parque del Retiro area where the Prado, Reina Sofia and other museums are located.
3 minutes walking from Calle Toledo (Barrio de la Latina) where the famous Sunday market called EL TRAIL starts.

House Rules
In this beautiful attic my brother Ángel and I lived. We are students of educated and clean arts. We will be for any doubt, recommendation or problem. Cozy apartment with young and nice atmosphere. The only norm we have is to clean the kitchen utensils that everyone uses, the rest of the cleaning is at our expense. If the stay in the room is equal to or greater than 30 nights, the cleaning of the same is at the guest's charge or with possibility if you prefer monthly cleaning for an additional cost that we can agree.
The cleaning of common areas such as saló, bathroom, kitchen, terrace atc run at our expense.
We are not smokers, but if you are a smoker we have no problem.

Your host is a non-smoker.
Smoking is allowed indoors and outdoors.
How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
