Our house is located in a very nice neighborhood and very central, quiet and safe called Ciudad Lineal. Despite being very quiet, it's a fun area with restaurants and bars.
It is well connected, just subways from the Calle Alcalá and Calle Francisco Villaespesa and surrounded by many services, bus and meters available.

Our house is located in a very nice neighborhood and very central, quiet and safe called Linear City.
It is well connected, just meters and Bus from the Calle Alcalá and Calle Francisco Villaespesa and with many services. For example (Bus 28 in front and near Meter Station Ascao and Quintana too.

Please do not bring strangers to the house, ask me before and I will be happy to receive your friends and meet them, but I do not allow anyone to stay overnight.
To live in my house you have to love dogs,
Tigrilla is a very good and loving dog, at first she is a little distrustful, but as soon as she loses the initial fear, she is very loving. You will feel immediately as par of the family
You can use the kitchen whenever you clean everything you have used.
Meals must be made either in the kitchen or in the dining room, never in the bedroom
An optional change of sheets and a fast superficial cleaning of the room every 15 days is offered and included on the price. However the responsibility in the cleaning of the room is above all responsibility of the guest

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
