Room for rent for 2 women in Chalet. Room with 2 beds of 90 and fully furnished, in Vicálvaro (metro line 9, near Renfe and buses) in a shared house with 2 other people, spacious, quiet chalet surrounded by a garden. ONLY GIRLS WANTED, workers or students, solvent, non-smokers, clean, organized and animal lovers, there are two cats in the house. Large room for rent, with a large built-in wardrobe, study tables, lock, heating and very good lighting. Bathroom is only shared with one person. The kitchen (if you need to use the kitchen we can talk about it, as long as you leave it clean) and the living room are not shared areas. Shopping areas, Ahorramas, Mercadona, Lild, Elías.. . At 5 minutes. In 20 minutes you are in the center of Madrid. NO CHILDREN, NO MINORS, NO FAMILIES, COUPLES, NO SMOKERS ARE ALLOWED.

About the Area
Our house is located in a quiet and cozy neighborhood in Madrid, the neighborhood is called Vicálvaro and the postal code is 28032. The room we rent is very bright and cozy with 2 90 cm beds and fully equipped, it is located inside a chalet semi-detached within a private urbanization in the historic center of Vicálvaro and surrounded by a legendary garden.

House Rules
- Be respectful with rest hours. After midnight, try to keep the house quiet, share a home with working people.
- Take care and respect the furniture in the house and specifically the room you are going to rent.
- Do not dirty the common areas and if you dirty something, leave it clean, as you found it.
- Respect and be kind to the 2 cats that are in the house.
- Before opening the door to the street, make sure that there are none of the 2 cats on the porch, under no circumstances let the cats out into the garden.
- Lock the door of the house and the door of the porch whenever you leave the home.
- Do not smoke anywhere in the house, you are going to live with an allergic person.
- Leave the bathroom clean, if you have used it, disinfect the shower with a cleaning product and dry it with the mop designed just for it.
- Try not to eat in the room.
- Before doing something that you consider inappropriate, ask the owner of the house first.
- The kitchen and living room should not be used.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
