We are Fatima and Javier, 32 and 33, live with our 4 year old son Daniel in a residential area of Madrid, but fairly central. We are non-smokers.
The house is a 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen and a spacious lounge. We have a garden with a swimming pool in the urbanization.
We offer a bright and airy, with TV and internet room. And an exclusive bathroom for the guest.
The area where we live has very good communication to reach anywhere in the city. With many green areas and parks where you can do sport. We also have the bike path known as the "green ring rider" just behind home.

About the Area
We are in quiet area is a residential area, but within the city of Madrid.
Well connected by metro and bus stop in front of house number 30 buses, 71, 20, 140 and 32. The nearest station is Pavones (line 9), which is less than 5 minutes walk.
We have many green areas and parks where you can do sport and the bike path known as "green ring rider" passes just behind the house.

House Rules
- Inside is no smoking on the terrace no problem to do so. - Pets are not allowed. - We prepare all meals, but if you want to have things in the fridge, no problem for you to use. - We have a small child, please do not do night loud noises. - Do not invite strangers home, if you invite someone let us know before. - Enjoy your stay, we will try to make you feel at home.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
