I'm Tony, Argentalian Half Messi and half pasta. I live alone in a large house with a terrace and patio available for common use. There is a barbecue grill and a bicycle to move around. The location is strategic, on an avenue with several bus lines that connect directly to the city center. The room available for rent is spacious and bright, with two bathrooms. I am looking for someone responsible, tidy and respectful to share my home. If you are interested in a quiet and comfortable place do not hesitate to contact me.

About the Area
Our house is located at the south of Madrid. Inside the Usera's district, Orcasitas is a neighborhood surrounded by parks. Lovely places to walk around. Also well connected with buses every 5 minutes or less to go to Madrid Plaza del Sol, Palacio Real, Retiro park and Atocha Train station.
Also the house is well connected to the airport. In 15 minutes by car I arrive at Barajas Airport.

Excelente anfitrión y mejor persona, me ha mostrado toda la casa y me la a ofrecido para que use todo lo que necesite, la habitación es totalmente funcional para cualquier viajero que necesite estar en Madrid, muy comunicativo, está claro que se ha portado más como un buen amigo que como un anfitrión, sin duda que repito cuando vuelva, muchas gracias!.
How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
