We are a "young" and very athletic couple, Pablo and Luisi. With a lot of experience in welcoming students or people who come for work. We have a dog and a cat, they are very good and polite and they don't bother us at home, they are used to having people at home.
Pablo is a swimming teacher and I work from home, so I am always available at home.
I really like cooking and I make healthy, homemade food every day. I also really like the decoration and the house is, in my opinion, very pretty and pleasant. All the students say that there is "warmth of home"
And that is what we want to offer students Your home while you live in Spain.
The house has a large, very bright living room, a kitchen with an office where we eat and dine, exterior and very comfortable. A bathroom, 3 bedrooms, one for Pablo and mine and the other two for the students. They are individual, exterior, large closets , study table and chair. Electricity, heating, Wi-Fi, cleaning, household items included.
Below the house there is a garden and passing a walkway you enter the country house, the ideal place to be in contact with nature, play sports, etc. We also have a public sports center downstairs with a gym, indoor pool, tennis courts, etc. And a very modern and comfortable library.
The neighborhood is very safe, quiet and in the center. Buses at the door 46,75 and 41 and the Principe Pio metro 10 minutes away.

About the Area
Our house is located to the west of the city. Close to the university city with buses nearby to go. About 20 minutes to Plaza España on the bus you catch at the door of the house.
It is a very safe and quiet neighborhood with a family and very cultural atmosphere.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
