You are reserving a private room with a double bed, with the right to use the kitchen, bathroom and living room. The common spaces are usually very quiet, especially the kitchen, which I hardly use. The bathroom has a good hot shower and is quite spacious.
Since I am very streetwise, there are many moments in the house where there is almost no one. The home is quiet and you can relax if you want, or enjoy the magnificent life of the neighborhood just by going outside. And since I am a very sociable person, I will be happy, if we can or if you feel like it, to go out for a drink or get to know the city together.
Thanks to the magnificent location of the house, it is best to walk through the neighborhood and the center. Bars, shops, monuments, museums are just a few minutes away on a pleasant and beautiful walk. If you have to go further or you are not a fan of walking, you should know that the subway and the bus work perfectly.
There are no free parking areas in the center of Madrid. It is much better to leave your car in Ciudad Universitaria or Madrid Río and forget about it during your stay.

Just a minute walk from Metro Tribunal. Very close walking distance to Gran Via. In the heart of the Universidad neighborhood, Malasaña. One of the liveliest areas in the center of Madrid.

House Rules
You come to live with people.
We adore sociable and cool people who want to share a good talk or a good time with us.
I wish there were more of these spaces, shared houses, where the guest helps us with expenses and at the same time you get to know the people who live in their house. I say this because if you are not a sociable person, this is not a good place for you. For us it is quite uncomfortable to receive guests who do not speak, do not greet, or are not even able to look you in the eyes, etc... If that is going to be your attitude, DO NOT COME, please, look for another place. Cancellation is flexible.
And if possible, when you are at home, ask your questions in person, do not do it in writing in the chat. You are in a house with people, take the opportunity to interact and ask for what you need, it will be a pleasure to help you.
You can leave your luggage at home as much as you need after departure time, so you can enjoy the city more or if you plan to travel late; but keep in mind that you can NEVER bring luggage BEFORE the check-in time.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) and a 25% deposit using a choice of payments: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal. The deposit is collected in advance on behalf of the host to protect against no show or late cancellations (within 7 days of arrival). You then pay your host the balance due on arrival. The 25% deposit payment is made to the host 2 business days after your scheduled arrival date. This deposit payment will only be refunded if you cancel the booking at least 7 full days prior to arrival.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
