The flat is located in Las Rozas, a residential area full of young people. Walking distance you'll find lot of restaurants, bars, 2 pubs with live music, 1 Irish pub, supermarket, the leisure centre Heron City, the shopping center Las Rozas Village and Factory. 5 min walking from home, a natural park with 120.000 m2 ideally to play sport, running, take a walk...
Direct bus to U-tad, Moncloa, ICADE and Complutense Campus (Bus stop at the door-20 min to get to Moncloa).
At night there is a bus every hour (from Moncloa).
About me???....I live with my children (twins 15 years old). All of us speak English. I love knowing new people and foreign cultures, nightlife and partying, travel, languages, fashion, talking with friends, music….

There is no better way to learn a foreign language than to speak it in everyday situations. Your host Belen offers qualified language instruction in her native language Spanish. One hour of instruction costs 8.00 EUR. The classes will be given by the host himself at the accommodation.
The room rate includes the following services: regular room cleaning, washing machine usage, and internet access

Don't worry as soon as you complete your booking and pay your deposit online you will get an email with our exact address. I can help you then with exact directions as soon as you let me know how you will be arriving. My house is very easy to find in Las Rozas De Madrid.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
