Malgré un très court séjour chez Rosa j'ai adoré son accueil, sa gentillesse et sa disponibilité. Le logement correspondait à la description. Ligne de métro à 500 m pour aller dans le centre. Merci Rosa pour la réservation du taxi et désolé pour le réveil très matinal. Au plaisir de vous revoir à Madrid.

Rosa est une personne très chaleureuse. On se sent chez elle comme chez soi. Elle aime discuter et c'est un avantage quand on veut progresser dans la langue.Son appartement est très agréable et très propre. Je pense revenir chez elle très bientôt.

Rosa was very welcoming, the room was spacious and clean and the apartment was close to a metro station with excellent access to the centre of Madrid. It was all I could have asked for.

Wow where to start!!! Rosa is an incredible host. She met me at the airport with a big smile even though my plane was an hour late. My room was very nicely appointed plus I had my own private bathroom.
The first day I was concerned about finding my way around but Rosa had maps of Madrid including the metro that by the end of the day I felt I had lived in Madrid most of my life. This was my first home stay and I was thrilled to have had such a incredible experience. Rosa is definitely a 5 star in every way!October 2011
Preis/Leistung absolut bestens. Das Bad hat übrigens einen seperaten Zugang im Zimmer. Freundlich, sauber, man ist sehr schnell im Zentrum. Zu empfehlen, ein Abendessen mit der Gastgeberin. Etwas Straßenlärm, aber wo ist es ruhig in Madrid?

Vi raccomando vivamente rosa e la sua famiglia! La mia è stata un'esperienza indimenticabile, da subito mi sono sentito a mio agio grazie alla ospitalità e alla disponibilità di Rosa. Non riesco a dare nessun giudizio negativo perché tutto nel mio soggiorno è stato perfetto: la camera a mia disposizione era grande, la casa era sempre pulita, il cibo squisito e incredibile la disponibilità di Rosa per qualsiasi cosa le chiedessi. Nel mio soggiorno mi sono veramente sentito parte della loro famiglia! Vi auguro di vivere la fantastica esperienza che ho vissuto anche io con Rosa e la sua famiglia! Un saluto

The newly opened metro station of Alsacia makes this an easy place to get to from the centre of town. Nice modern accommodation on the 6th floor with open views. Rosa is very helpful and welcoming.
How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
