A nice Apartment , in a 2 stores building, facing a small park, with very good bus connection to the City, just opposite the house.
There are: 1 rooms, 1bath, a small extra place with 2 chairs & a table with small Fridge, a Kettle, cuttlery, mugs & plates so you can have something to eat & relax with a cup of tea or coffe. It is
all private for the Guest. It is on the 2nd floor, no lift.
The guests have 1 room, with 2 beds & private bath. If a 2nd person occupies the room will be charged 75€ both per night
No facilities to cook in the kitchen, but you have in a small place adjoing de bedroom, a table , chairs & a Kettle, plates, mugs, cuttlery, Coffe & Tea and a small Fridge for you to be used.
You get Towels, Linen, Champoo, Soap etc. you can have a hand hair-dryer.
I am fluent in English, German, French & Spanish

Teresa was lovely to stay with. She has two very firm beds. But the location was conveniently located near a bus stop. She helped me navigate the city. I had my own bathroom and a nice patio.
How do I book?

When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
