I am happy to share with you typical spanish life. The house is located in a quiet street in a typical malagueño barrio, only 10min walking to Train-& Bus station and with easy connection to airport.
Within walking distance you can reach supermarkets, bakery, local fruit stores, Cafes, bars, and Malaga Centro
The room has a double bed, wardrobe, ventilator and there is a shared bathroom with shower, washing machine and free WIFI.
Free use of kitchen (please note it is a Vegetarian household).
The living room as well as bathroom, kitchen and terrace are shared spaces.
I am available if you need anything, happy to share with you my recommendations so that you have a better experience in Malaga.
The house is not shared with any other guests. My idea is to give the guest the original homestay experience.
Please be noted that i have a 4-legged companion in case of any cat / animal allergies

About the Area
House is only 12min walking distance from Train & Busstation and about 15/20 min walking distance from the City Center (There are buses that run frequently to the center as well and these bus stops are only 3min from the house) -
There are many local bars and restaurants and still the house is located in a quiet street - Supermarkets and a big shopping Center are within close walking distance.

Hosts can offer a complimentary light breakfast at their discretion. All other meals, including a full breakfast, might incur an additional cost, if offered. Meals and any additional payment should be arranged directly with your host.

House Rules
The homestay is a non-smoking house.
No outside guests allowed.
As I am vegetarian -- Please consider to not cook meat or fish in the house.
After using the kitchen please wash your dishes and store them away for drying
There will be extra space for you in the kitchen and the fridge to store your food. You can use everything in the kitchen except the private compartments and condiments.
Washing machine: If your stay is 3 days or longer washing machine usage is free one time – other than that with a 3 Euro contribution you are welcome to use it at any other time. We dry the clothes on the terrace on the cloths rags.
Please note - In some cases I will have to use the living room for treatments and it is then unable to use for the length of approx. 1.5 hours. I will always let you know in advance when this would be the case, so its not of any surprise or inconvenience.
Check out is 10am - for an extra 5 Euros you can use kitchen or bathroom after check out time.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
