Hello, we are a family of 5, my husband, my son, the cat, the dog and I live in a house near the beach in Marbella. We love to meet people and we will be happy to have you at home. But really, the house we are renting for you will be in our garden, but you will have total privacy, because you will have your own room, bathroom and kitchen, but we will share the garden. The house is very near the beach, 2 minutes walking. You will find a supermarket, pharmacy, restaurants and shops nearby, but there is a regular bus line that takes you to Marbella town, that is 7 km far from home. If you have any question about the house or the area, or you need help to rent a car or book a taxi from the airport, please, write me a message, I will be pleased to help you.

About the Area
Our house is in a quiet area, very near the beach but 7 km from Marbella town. The airport is about 45 minutes by car. There are regular buses that stop at the main road. In the house you will find everything you need to be comfortable, like gel, shampoo, sheets, towels, umbrella, sunbeds, beach towels, and so on.

House Rules
We don't have to TV in the room, in order to keep the silence, but you can use our internet service. It is not allowed to smoke in the house even in the garden. The parties are not allowed neither, and it is not allowed to invite other people in the house.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
