I live in a nice urbanization near Marbella and Puerto Banus. Walking, we are about 20 minutes from the beach. He rented a room with bed of 1,60 x 2m for one or two people. Has an en suite and fitted wardrobes.
Additional Info
I speak Spanish, but I also managed in English and a little German. At the entrance of the urbanization you can park without problems. For additional 5 euros, you can park in garage indoors.

About the Area
Our house is located in a residential area in what is called the Golden Mile is a peaceful place surrounded by Nature. We have two pools, beach and restaurants nearby.

The reservation payment is made in advance, 72 hours after confirming the reservation.
Take payment in advance, 72 hours after the booking has-been confirmed.
Maintain minimal noise after midnight, you can use the kitchen leaving everything collected as you found it.
You can enjoy the two pools we have in the urbanization.
We admit only non-smokers.
Pets are not allowed in the house.
If you want to invite someone you must agree it with me before.
Maintain the security of the house is important, closing doors and windows when leaving.

I loved Maribel house and it surrounding,it is beautiful. I am a frequent traveler and have never stayed in a nice place like this one. Its almost like been in a five star hotel. Highly recommended if you are visiting Marbella.

Apartment is perfect in quite neighborhood,in 10min you are I center..
Everything in house is perfectly clean,and I can strongly recommend..
If I come back to Marbella definitely I gona go again to same place..

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
