Yolanda lives in a flat in Mataró, capital of the Maresme, very close to the station and even more of a bus stop that is made Barcelona and surroundings. The University of Tecnocampus a five minute walk. Access to beach 10-15 minutes walk. Apartment situated near the center and shops and restaurants. Apartment very sunny and quiet. I live alone, my hobbies are languages, English, French and German, I speak with fluideza. Reading, walking and ioga.

About the Area
My apartment is located very close to the bus stop to barcelona and around a 10 minute walk to the train station. Near the center, shops, bars and restaurants. The city is facing the sea, a seaport and a great ride for fans of running, walking or stroll.

Todo salió perfecto. Fue muy amable en todo momento y siempre ofreció su servicio para hacer de mi estadía la más cómoda que puedo haber imaginado. No pasaba un día sin que me ofrezca más abrigo por si tenía frío o sin que me preguntara si necesitaba algo para estar más cómodo.

Facu responsable, educado, amable, y dispuesto a ayudar en cualquier tarea de la casa. Su estancia en mi casa para mi ha sido una lección diaria de educación, y humildad y respeto. Tiene 19 años fisicamente pero en cuanto a mente me sorprendio su inteligencia tanto emocional como tradicional . Muy agradecida de haber compartido 3 meses con él en mi casa. Chico estupendo.

The room for hosts is small but clean, suitable for 2 child or 1 adult person. The host is very kind woman. Sometimes there is a little bit noise disturbing sleep in the house. The host cleans and speaks a lot.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
