We have a rustic type detached villa in a very quite area with good size bedrooms some on suite a large kitchen / diner / lounge, a lovely patio over looking the gardens, & pool, several terraces plus a 9m X 4m swimming pool, use of BBQ, & washing machine if required.
Situated a few minuets walk to the bus stop which will take you to all the local areas, beaches, Torrevieja, Murcia, Orihuela, & Alicante. also within a few minuets walk you have Aldi supermarket, 8 restaurants, & a few bars.
A few minuets drive to 3 local golf courses 1 of them being Campoamor.
5 minuets drive and you are at the wonderful sandy beach of Campoamor, & several other sand beaches close by also the largest shopping centre on the coast at La Zenia with all the shops, bars & restaurants that you require.
Murcia airport is 20 minuets drive & Alicante airport is 35 minuets drive.
If you want to rent longer than 3 weeks or long term special price's will given on enquiry.

We speak English & Spanish in the house. there are lots of parking space's outside and very safe.

About the Area
Our house is situated a few minuets walk to a bus stop which will take you to all local directions, also a few minuets walk to bars, restaurants, & Aldi supermarket , five minuets drive you have the wonderful beach of Campoamor plus several other sandy beaches close in either direction also at Cobo Roig all the entertainment that you require with several Bars, Restaurants, & shops.
3 Minuets drive from the house you have the start of 3 golf courses being 1 of them Campoamor.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
