We are my 22-year-old son Miguel and I, Toñi, 60. We live in Oviedo, the capital of the Beginning of Asturias. A small, clean and welcoming city. We have the mountains and the beach very close. You can do many activities and we have a car for excursions. The room we offer has a study table, television and the main bathroom is attached. We are very familiar. I will try to help as much as possible.

Si quieres conocer Asturias desde el corazón es con Antonia. Te hace sentir tan humana, cercana que estás como en tu casa. La mejor forma de conocer nuevas ciudades o costumbres. La estadía es por demás confortable, cerca de todo, con todas las comodidades pero sobre todo lo mejor: la calidez humana

Tuve una estancia muy agradable en la casa de Antonia, que estaba muy limpia y cómoda. ¡Dormí muy bien! Antonia fue muy útil y me dio un recorrido por el área local, además de brindarme consejos sobre la mejor manera de moverse por el área. Era un hogar lejos del hogar y recomiendo esta propiedad al 100%. También fue un placer conocer a la amiga de Antonia, Patricia, y su linda perrita, Kitty María.
I had a very pleasant stay at Antonia's house, which was very clean and comfortable. I slept very well! Antonia was very helpful giving me a tour of the local area as well as giving me advice on the best way to get around the area. It was a home from home and I recommend this property 100%.
It was also a pleasure to meet Antonia's friend, Patricia, and her cute little dog, Kitty Maria.Host reply

Felt like a prince staying with Antonia.
She is very helpful, cheerful and flexible.
The apartment is very quiet and clean.

Toñi es una huésped fantástica, súper amable y que hace todo lo posible porque sus huéspedes se sientan cómodos. Me dio más de lo esperado. Su hijo también es muy agradable. Alojamiento recomendado 200%. Además, la casa está bien situada para ir andando a los monumentos prerrománicos y caminar entre naturaleza.

A great host. If you're coming to Oviedo, don't hesitate to get in contact. Antonia is talkative, attentive and very helpful. I came as an Erasmus student and stayed just over a week whilst looking for long-term accommodation. During this time she showed me places around Oviedo and we even went to a basketball game. A sincere person!
Una gran anfitriona. Si vienes a Oviedo, no dudes en ponerte en contacto con ella. Antoñia es muy habladora, atentiva y te ayudará con lo que necesites. Vení como estudiante de Erasmus y me quedé una semana y pico mientras buscaba un piso permanente. Durante este periodo me enseñó unos sitios en Oviedo y además de eso, fuimos a un partido de baloncesto. ¡Una persona muy sincera de verdad!
How do I book?

When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
