Buhardilla con baño, cama de matrimonio, mesa de estudio, sofá y a/c. Reformado. La casa está bien situado al lado de instalaciones deportivas, parques, restaurantes y bares. Vivo con mis 2 hijos (10 y 12) que están conmigo semanas alternas, y mi gato (súper cariñoso) que está allí siempre! La vida ocurre en la planta baja en la cocina, sala de estar y jardín, pero te puedes escapar a tu buhardilla espaciosa en cualquier momento para buscar la tranquilidad! Somos a familia muy normal con intereses normales - los niños hacen actividades deportivas durante los fines de semana combinado con videojuegos, Netflix y ver la tele.
Attic with en suite bathroom, double bed, desk, sofa & air con. Newly reformed. The house is well located in Poizuelo de Alarcón, with sporting facilities, parks, restaurants and bars all on the doorstep. I live with my 2 kids (10 & 12) who are with me alternate weeks and my (very affectionate) cat who is there all the time! Life happens downstairs in the lounge, kitchen and garden, but you can escape to the tranquility of your spacious attic at any time! We're a really normal family with normal interests - the kids do sporting activities at weekends combined with video games, Netflix and TV time.

About the Area
La casa está en una zona muy tranquila pero con parques, instalaciones deportivas, bares y restaurantes cerca. Hay solo 8 casas en la urbanización así que todo es muy silencioso y seguro. Hay parada de autobús que va a la estación y Moncloa. La estación de Pozuelo está a 5 minutos en coche/bus/bici o 20 andando. Hay 2 supermercados a 5 minutos, un decathlon y el Hipercor está a 5 min en coche.
The house is in a quiet area with parks, sporting facilities, bars and restaurants nearby. There are only 8 houses in the complex, so it's very quiet and safe. There is a bus stop which takes you to the train station and Moncloa. The train station is 5 mins away by car/bus/bike or 20 min walk. There are 2 supermarkets 5 min walk away, a Decathlon and Hipercor (massive shopping centre) is a 5 minute drive.

No se puede fumar en la casa pero se puede fumar en el jardín.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
