Hi! We are a group of people sharing a big beatiful villa in Puerto de la Cruz in a super quiet area with no traffic at all and only birds singing :-)
The house is a 3 floor house which has 5 rooms and we usually offer single rooms. Toilets are shared and one of the single rooms has a semi-private (door-to-door) toilet.
There are plenty of common spaces in the house both indoors and outdoors, with a beatiful garden and a swimming pool. Also we have some fruit trees such as orange trees, avocados and mangos which we eat when available.
We do sometimes activities together inside and outside the house such as cooking together, going on hikes, cultural activities, board games, etc. But of course, we also respect each others space and preferences.
Unfortunately we can not have pets at home.
The distance from the house to Puerto center (Plaza del Charco or Martianez) is around 25 min walk or 5 minutes by car/motorbike.

About the Area
The house is located in the district of Las Aguilas in a very quiet area with no road traffic. The distance from the house to Puerto center (Plaza del Charco or Martianez) is around 25 min walk or 5 minutes by car/motorbike. There's a bus stop nearby which connects with Puerto city center and also to airport TFN and La Laguna/Santa Cruz.
Also there's La Villa shopping center nearby.

- Cleaning is a responsability of everyone and you are expected to clean after you in the kitchen and toilet
- We respect silence in the house as most of us are working remotely from the house
- We expect you to be easygoing, cooperative and communicative with the other people in the house. If you just want to use this as a mere accomodation maybe this is not your best option.
- We do not allow parties unless we agree on it

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
