Located near the Roman Bridge, 10 minutes walk from the main square of Salamanca in a quiet neighborhood. The rooms have everything you need (table, cabinets, mirror, lamps, large bed, shelves), you'll also have a private bathroom and a swimming pool during summer. The house has a balcony full of plants with amazing views to the Salamanca cathedral. Total independence, delivery of keys, without established schedules at night. You'll have a quiet stay with Rosa, a creative and caring artist.
· The established price includes bed and breakfast, and the following services: All expenses included (breakfast, electricity, central heating, hot water, bathroom, wifi, swimming pool, etc.).
· Added price for food (lunch and dinner) is 12 euros daily, and 15 euros weekly for laundry. These charges are optional.
I also have two beautiful cats, so if you want to live with animals, that's your place!

About the Area
My house is located near the Roman Bridge, at a 10 minute walk to the Main Square (Plaza Mayor). The location is good if you're looking for a relaxed stay. I live near the river, with a lot of big parks full of nature. There's all the services you need in the area (supermarkets, restaurants, cafeterias, swimming pools, etc.). It's one of the best places in Salamanca if you're looking for a room near the center of the city, and also a quiet stay.

House Rules
The only rule that I have is that you can't use the kitchen but, in all the other aspects, feel free to use your room like your own place.
Smoking Rules
Your host is a non-smoker.
Smoking is allowed indoors and outdoors.
How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) and a 25% deposit using a choice of payments: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal. The deposit is collected in advance on behalf of the host to protect against no show or late cancellations (within 7 days of arrival). You then pay your host the balance due on arrival. The 25% deposit payment is made to the host 2 business days after your scheduled arrival date. This deposit payment will only be refunded if you cancel the booking at least 7 full days prior to arrival.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
