We are a young couple sport lover, passionate acerca good food and live music. We are teachers and writers, so here we can help you With Your Spanish or Inglés. Located in Salamanca near the train station a 10 minute walk to the main square and historical center, with cab and bus stop, nocturnal also. Have internet access, wifi, large lounge, balcony with hammock in an intimate atmosphere. We offer a cozy and functional room.

About the Area
Our house is located next to several supermarkets, 2 minutes from the railway station and 1 minute from the pools. It is a very quiet neighborhood but Also has many bars with live music and good food. We are well connected by bike path, bus and taxi. if you like skating, jogging or playing sports outdoors, are just 5 minutes walk from the large park. The main square is 10 minutes walk from our house and the bus Takes 3 minutes! :)

House Rules
Smoking indoors is not allowed. Please help us to keep our home safe and close the balcony door and the entrance before leaving. Maintain the minimum noise after midnight. You can adjust the temperature of the house, talk to us and we will gladly evaluate some adjustment. Feel free to use the kitchen, but please let us know, perhaps we can take to prepare something together. And always use something that should be left clean at the end. Do not invite strangers home, if you want to invite a friend, acuérdalo before us. Enjoy your stay and try our home as you would your own.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
