Enjoy your holiday sharing a bright, open and spacious chalet with a big communal pool and spectacular views of the city, sea and mountains from the living room and balcony.
It is in the popular but quiet Sonneland area of Maspalomas, which has many shops and restaurants and 10mins bus ride to the beach. The complex has 2 entrances. The lower entrance you can get buses and taxi into the center from €1.40 in 10 mins.
Your bedroom has a double bedroom. In terms of privacy in the house, there is a bathroom in between the rooms, so no noise shahred. Living room has no overlooking windows so is private, just you and the views.
A balcony with a table for 2 provides all year dining outside, another table and chairs at the front overlooking the pool gets the evening sun.
The Kitchen is shared and fully equpiped, large fridge / freezer.
Working remotely? 2 tables inside the property, and 2 outside in balcony and infront of house, means you can also work from home and in the sun whenever you like.
The chalet is in a private complex in Sonneland, a very quiet neighbourhood with lots of resources around.
PLEASE NOTE: for long stays over 7 days I would rather only share with 1 person and not couples.
If you would like to have the apartment to yourself, then we can see if this could work for my dates.

* 2 Electric scooters (patinete) are also available to rent for 10Euros/day or by KM with deposit.

About the Area
In the centre of Sonneland, so have access to
* Supermarkets
* Restaurants
* Bus stop just outside and also 5 mins walk at bottom of complex with buses to all over the city and the island. Las Palmas 40mins with the no 50.
* Bus to beach is 10 mins
* 2 Shopping Centers 10 mins walk
* Holiday World is a modern open shopping centre with lots of great restaurants, bowling alley, fun fair, bars and a gym which you can join from 8Euros/day.
* El Tablero is a more local but modern shopping centre with supermarket, clothes and homeware shops
* The Beach & Meloneras shopping center is a short cycle straight south in 10 mins also..
Meals
Hosts can offer a complimentary light breakfast at their discretion. All other meals, including a full breakfast, might incur an additional cost, if offered. Meals and any additional payment should be arranged directly with your host.

Friendly host. Very helpful. Wanted me to relax and 'feel at home'from the start of my stay.
How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) and a 25% deposit using a choice of payments: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal. The deposit is collected in advance on behalf of the host to protect against no show or late cancellations (within 7 days of arrival). You then pay your host the balance due on arrival. The 25% deposit payment is made to the host 2 business days after your scheduled arrival date. This deposit payment will only be refunded if you cancel the booking at least 7 full days prior to arrival.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
