El barrio de Cueto es un antiguo pueblo que ha sido incorporado progresivamente en el tejido urbano, manteniendo su tranquilidad y su alma de campo y al mismo tiempo ganando buenas conexiones con la ciudad (el autobús 13 llega en el centro en solo 30 minutos)

Before booking, i kinda thought that the neighbourhood would be rather tranquil: ¡no cars! no noisy neighbours...and i was right. The only "noise" from the outsides would be dogs barking, birds chirping, churchbells ringing. My housemates were generally also more on the quiet side and just really friendly, helpful and easygoin' to be with. Furthermore i just kinda liked :" Maria Victoria" as a name and found her just as helpful, friendly and easygoin' to live with, as the others.
The house is situated upon a hillslope, so the view from the window to the Atlantic is rather grand. All great coastal spots are in biking or walking distance, as are the really nice spots in the city of Santander.The Mosquito-net and the chair by the desk in front of the window could need some maintenance, but such things for me, are of minor,minor importance, when compared to the things i mentioned upfront: friendliness, helpfulness, calmness, easygoingness,"fun-ness".
Overall, a great stay: to stay in contact.
How do I book?

When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
