My house is a cozy home in a lifelong neighborhood, an almost village neighborhood, where people meet, it has a wonderful rooftop where you can spend a nice evening at night or have a delicious breakfast. It is spacious, bright and full of love.

Our house is located north of the city in a quiet neighborhood, we are 10 minutes from the airport and at the end of the street you can take a bus that leaves you in the city center in 10 minutes. We have nearby parks, supermarkets and neighborhood stores. If you are very sporty we have a gym in the building next door.

PAY:
Payment will be made in cash or bizum upon arrival at the accommodation. Before settling in, the ID of the person or persons must be provided to register the visit.
In the event that the reservation exceeds two days, 20% of the total amount must be contributed.
It is a cozy house where I live alone and sometimes friends come to visit. Therefore the house is shared and the bathroom is common.
Would have towel service if necessary.
After 12 at night it is forbidden to make noise.

We loved our stay with Maria. The house was clean, large and what can I say about the magnificent roof terrace. Maria made sure we lacked nothing. We also appreciated the air conditioning . Thank you Maria for sharing your home with us. I recommend your place without hesitation.

Maria had a beautiful, well equipped and clean apartment in a great location in Sevilla. She is a kind, welcoming and helpful host and was happy to guide me on places to eat and visit during my stay. The terrace is also very nice with plants all around. I would highly recommend Maria to anyone visiting Sevilla.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
