Rent a double room in my house where insurance that you will be very comfortable. My house is located in the center just 10 minutes walk from the major sights in a quiet area from which you can walk anywhere in the city. We also have a metro station and several bus stops right behind. It is a quiet area where many families live around you have all the amenities of supermarkets, bars, shops ..... I'm sure you will love to stay here!

About the Area
As I said before, my house is one of the best area of Seville where you can walk anywhere in the city. Besides that we also have a metro stop just behind house and several bus stops nearby. From the train station bus home we are about 20 minutes from the airport about 13km. In this area you can find anything you need, from clothing stores, supermarkets, snack bars, bars, haberdashery, shoe ....

Rosario was a nice and helpfull host. I can recommand it. The room was nice and clean and it is a 10 minutes walking distance to the centre of Seville.
it would be very helpfull to write in the description of Rosarios adress the number (3d f.example) from the sign of the door bell, because in Spain it is usual that there are only numbers and no last names written on.November 2015
Very nice clean small room. Quiet environment. Host was very nice. She however did not allow any use of the kitchen or laundry.

Unfortunately we bothbecame ill and were not able to stay with Rosario.
How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
