Tiana is a welcoming village at 10mn drive from the beach of Montgat and seaside restaurants. 35mn to Barcelona's Airport, Plaça Catalunya, Sagrada Familia. Up the hill you access in 25mn the Montmelo's GP and F1 circuit.
Born in the 70's, I am a French dedicated host -10 years of experience welcoming travellers from all over the world- who also work as an executive business coach in Barcelona surroundings. You will have your own spot in the fridge and shelves as well as a direct access to my equipped kitchen.

Tiana is a welcoming village at 10mn drive from the beach of Montgat and seaside restaurants. 35mn to the Airport, Plaça Catalunya, Sagrada Familia. Up the hill you access in 25mn the Montmelo's GP and F1 circuit. Discover Barcelona: walk in the Gothic, admire the Sagrada Familia, visit Gaudi's chef d'oeuvre, book a spa treatment, go to F1 GP race, Dali's museum at Figueres, taste catalán delicatessen, have some good wine.. and dance! I help you: online ickets, guided sightseeings, good restaurant booking in Tiana or seaside. Better to rent a car/motobike/scootr or.. use public transport!

House Rules
Dear Guests,
Please leave your shoes on the outside carpet. You may smoke only outside.
Keep your food in the kitchen fridge and cupboard, eat downstairs to spare the house in general and specially the parquet. Thank you. We invite you to fetch your recycling garbage in the appropriate village recycling bins.
We kindly ask you to spare shower water in the grey bucket to water the garden (right now the authorities in Spain forbid ouside automatic garden watering).
We have a white blue eye cat. Mostly 'Oa' is outside in the garden, along with 'Lenzo' our small belgian shepard who strictly live his good life outside.

Smoking is allowed outdoors only.
How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) and a 25% deposit using a choice of payments: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal. The deposit is collected in advance on behalf of the host to protect against no show or late cancellations (within 7 days of arrival). You then pay your host the balance due on arrival. The 25% deposit payment is made to the host 2 business days after your scheduled arrival date. This deposit payment will only be refunded if you cancel the booking at least 7 full days prior to arrival.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
