I live in an apartment with three bedrooms, two bathrooms, in a beautiful resort of Torremolinos, Malaga. WE HAVE EXTENSIVE communal gardens, swimming pools for adults and children and tennis courts. To front of my apartment there is a golf course.
We have a balcony overlooking the pools and gardens. There is a modern kitchen and laundry room with a washing machine.
I like to cook and I am pleased to share traditional Spanish recipes for my guests. Also I am happy to cook for guests.
I have a son of 23 WHO works as professional diver, I is Also a fully qualified rock climbing and sports instructor, I will be happy to advise on the local Those facilities for guests seeking a more active holiday. Also He is happy to Accompany and supervise guests carrying out sports and active leisure activities.
We are fluent speakers Inglés and I am qualified to teach Spanish as a foreign language.
I have time available to show guests This beautiful part of Andalusia. I can advise on the local non tourist restaurants and culture facilities for guests Who Want to be the Immersed in the local culture. However, for guest WHO simply want to soak up the sun About my apartment is 500 meters from the beach and is close to a leisure center and cinemas.

About the Area
My flat is located in a residential area, 10 minutes from Malaga airport. It is a new residential area called Playamar. It is about 500 meters from the beach. There are supermarkets, bars, entertainment centers, cinemas. The boardwalk has restaurants, bars, etc. The city center is about 2000 meters, can be reached by bus or on foot.

I had a really enjoyable holiday in Torremolinos with Nancy, she is a Nice lady and was kind to me. I had my own room which had a comfy double bed, and I had access to a shower &WC. Her apartment is in a nice quiet area not too far from Torremolinos Centre.

A quiet area of Playamar in an apartment with shared grounds including pool and lawn. The room is clean and ideal for the non fussy traveller. No view from window though. The bathroom has a shower cabinet and a bit difficult to negotiate if you are a large plus size. Nancy is a welcoming host and speaks very good English. She has a lovely dog who is well behaved and makes you feel at home. La Colina station is 10 minute walk and the beach less. Torremolinos one stop away by train. Local buses close by.
A good place to stay for a peaceful time. No noisy bars nearby. I recommend this casa.September 2016
Nancy is a very nice and friendly women which can offer you everything you need. Her home is very nice and clean and in a perfect location, everything is close also the beach too and if you want you can go to the swimming pool in front of their home. If you have a car their is enough of parking places .
We went to Torremolinos because is the perfect starting point to explore that part of Spain and dear Nancy helped us to make a plane where to go and what to explore, she helped to find information on inthernet and to guide us and if we asked her to come with us she did. She took us to the places we probably want fined it without her help.
Andalusia is very nice place to visit and explore with really fine weather and staying with Nancy is relaxing and peaceful so don't hesitate if you are looking for the perfect place to stay. You Will enjoy wery much as we did and for sure have an unforgettable vacation.Nancy thank you again for everything and if we decide to come again we already know awhere we Will stay!

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
