We are a couple (spanish and dutch) living in a cozy apartment in the city center Valencia next to the garden in the old river Turia, perfect place for lovers of walking around the city and jogging in the park.
Two bedrooms apartment with bathroom ensuite, stylish and sensitive, new refurbish, wooden floors, modern bathrooms, small luxury to live the experience as a local in the city center of Valencia. Light breakfast included. You can enjoy lunch or dinners with us with an extra cost.
Our apartment is located in central Valencia, well known for its UNESCO-protected festivity of Fallas. This is the best place you can wish for while visiting Valencia!
You can reach everything in the center on foot, the rest of the bike.
Within 5 minutes walking distance:
+ Mercado Colón (lively square, terraces, cafés and restaurants).
+ Palau de la música (concert hall).
+ Supermarket, shopping streets and El Corte Inglés.
+ Marques de Dos Aguas Palace (National Ceramics Museum).

+ Plaza de la Reina and the Cathedral (10 min walking).
+ San Pio V Museum (Second biggest pinacoteca in Spain)

THE ROOM
The room is about 16 square meters with a comfortable double bed, small table, cupboard for clothes and a TV. With your own toilet and shower ensuite.
Apartment situated on the first floor. With nice garden views to the Turia river Gardens.

About the Area
Our apartment is in an exceptional point of city center 20 minutes from the airport by taxi or 30 by metro (direct line from the airport to Alameda station). Very accessible to the commercial area and historical monuments, just in the gardens of the River Turia with a perfect location for walking or jogging. It is a singular point during faults and other festivities because just ahead of us assembled fireworks and is quite a sight to see it from the roof !.

We like to take our shoes off when we arrive at home to keep it clean and feel comfortable.
There is a courtyard in the building where you can go downstairs to smoke a cigarrette.

This has to the best place to stay in Valencia! We can't imagine staying anywhere else on future visits! The location is great and the apartment is very well kept. Carmen and Rico are lovely people and perfect hosts. Highly recommended!

Being able to stay that close to the city-center of Valencia and not to have mentioned the nicest and warmest hosts: Carmen and Rico, made our Fallas 2016-experience to an awesome thing to remember. We have been really lucky...! The room was perfect and the included breakfast was as amazing as our hosts were ;-) Cannot wait to stay with you again. Gracias a ustedes y nos vemos pronto de verdad!

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
