My name is Angelica, I'm 70 years old, I'm Peruvian, but I've been in Spain for many years, I love meeting people from other countries and teaching Spanish and Peruvian culture, I love cooking and walking with my little dog Pipo. Another of my hobbies is reading, I love reading all kinds of books.
I speak Spanish, but my granddaughter is an English teacher and lives near me to become a translator in case I need it.
In my house you will feel like in yours, the house consists of 3 bedrooms, two bathrooms, terrace, kitchen and laundry. I have a spectacular view to the Avenida Vicente Blasco Ibañez, one of the best areas of Valencia, near the beach and downtown.

About the Area
My house is located 20 minutes from the beach, has access by bus and metro to all Valencia, we are half an hour from the center walking. There is a shopping center very close by. And 7 minutes walk you have the renfe (train station).

House Rules
You can smoke on the terrace, but inside the house, you can not set up parties in the house. You can use the living room with the television whenever you want, always respecting the sleeping hours.

Mir hat es sehr gut gefallen :)
Angelica ist super nett und sie hat mir immer geholfen. Sei es bei Wegbeschreibungen oder bei kleinen Unfällen.
Ihr Haus ist gut gelegen. Ich habe zu allen Aktivitäten höchstens eine halbe Stunde gebraucht. (Zentrum, Strand, ..)

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
