Hello!! You are welcome to my home..Here Noah!
The apartment is in front of Mercado de Abastos, near River Turia, old town El Carmen, gym, spa, swimming pool, restaurants, cafes, supermarkets etc. Train Station Ángel Guimerá is one minute from the flat, Central Train Station of Valencia or Plaza del Ayuntamiento five minutes by walking. The apartment has 3 rooms, one bathroom, a big kitchen with all the utensils and equipments and a living room totally equipped with wifi too. You will live just in the city center of Valencia around all the services and sharing your stay with very nice people. LGBT friendly. My house is located in the heart of Valencia, 1 minute from the most central metro stop in the entire city that connects all the points of the city and surrounding towns or beaches. Infinity of buses every day. 5 minutes from the bus and train station. 5 minutes walk from the Barrio del Carmen (old town).

Maintain the cleanliness and order of common spaces such as kitchen, bathroom and dining room
Smoking is prohibited in the entire space of the house
Maintain a welcoming environment for work, study, research, respecting the rest of the people with whom we live.
People who rent a single room (for him or her only) will not be able to share the stay with couples. Neither can a second known person inhabit the space of the room for days, weeks or months. It is totally prohibited in this property out of respect for the rest of the guests.
The electricity, water, butane and WiFi bills are shared among the guests of the house each month based on monthly consumption (about 30 euros per person)

A cosy apartment, good location, and landlord was always helpful and ready to accommodate. Speaks English too.
How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
