We have children of all ages, 10, 16 and 18. So we understand the importance of a diversity of activities so that everyone feels comfortable. We are a happy, enthusiastic family and we like to learn, so we will surely have fun in this cultural exchange.
We love the beach and the lifestyle that this means, soccer, volleyball, frisbee, swimming, we often have a picnic on the beach to share with friends, either to watch a sunset or to celebrate. Valencia has unique settings that also allow us to enjoy with the family: permanent exhibitions: theater, music, fairs and festivals all the time, the cultural richness is fantastic and not to mention the gastronomic wonders that we have to enjoy. At home I love to cook so we also enjoy many other flavors of my birth country, so around the table we share many special family moments.
My children study and are very active, they play sports and we like to enjoy the gastronomy and local culture, so surely the company of my children will also be important for your son's process. She will never be bored or lonely or alone. We will make a relationship of friendship forever!
I do conversational practice activities based on my experience as a communicator and journalist, I am an editor of publications and an excellent guide, not only for tourism, but also for playful methods for learning the language.

About the Area
Our house is located near of The Marina and the Malvarrosa Beach, de most important urban beach in Valencia. It is a great zone to make many activities all the year. The Ciudad de las Artes y las Ciencias other place that the visit have to enjoy is only 10 minutes walk. It is a great zone on the city.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
