We live in Valencia Spain The area of Quatre Carreres with very good communication of bus lines near the beach, shopping centers and surrounded by very good neighbors
The apartment is located in a tower of several floors, corresponds to the seventh, with elevators, we live the couple work in hours of the day but at night we are always to be aware of our guests there is much more to tell you but the best thing is that you come To check it. There is also The City of Arts and Sciences (Oceanografic) and much more to enjoy a very very good stay. PRICES ARE ANTI-CRISIS PRICES, € 15 PER PERSON PER NIGHT

About the Area
Our house is very near the city center, has good bus lines that allow visitors to move smoothly, is surrounded by many shopping centers and retail stores according to their needs. Our house is close to the city center because walking takes 15 to 20 minutes, near the City of Arts and Sciences (Oceano grafic) The cause of the natural garden of Rio Turia where much sport is made.

Alba and her husband were very kind and willing. Since it was our first visit to Valencia, they offered suggestions and instructions on how to reach certain points of interest around the city. The location of their place offers convenient access to a bus line, so reaching the center of the city is easy. We were pleased and definitely enjoyed our stay.
Alba y su esposo fueron muy amables y serviciales. Como era nuestra primera visita a Valencia, nos ofrecieron sugerencias y direcciones para llegar a ciertos puntos de interés. La ubicación del hopedaje da buen acceso a la línea de autobus y llegar al centro de la ciudad se hace bastante fácil y cómodo. Quedamos complacidos y disfrutamos mucho la estadía.

When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
