My name is Ricardo live in a very well communicated area near auntobus stops and metro, near the beach just 10 minutes by bus or subway, near the health center 2 minutes walk, 500 meters City of Arts and Sciences and other emblematic buildings of Valencia. About the Area
Our house is located in a quiet area called the Shore. We are close to the city just 4 kilometers from the center, just 20 minutes from the airport by metro or car and 10 minutes from one of the best beaches in Valencia for cleanliness, services and sports facilities, where you can practice, such as volleyball Playa, we can also find lots of entertainment, nightclubs, pubs, restaurants, restaurants prevailing typical Valencian and Mediterranean food. We are in a privileged location just 10 minutes walk from the most popular and well known of Valencia, City of Arts and Sciences and 15 minutes walk from the Oceanographic. Very close to the university area of the bus stop is less than a 2 minute walk and at that stop several bus stop and 7 minutes walk from the metro and tram.Our neighborhood is full of trendy cafes, bars, restaurants, eating houses and he also find malls, fashion stores, boutiques and specialty shops. Access to downtown is easy with the public transportation system has several stops nearby from which it takes 15 minutes to reach the old town of Valencia. We can arrange guided tours and cultural visits.

House Rules
Smoking indoors is not allowed. There is a terrace enabled for this purpose. Forbidden any kind of psychoactive substances. Pets are not allowed in the house. Do not invite strangers into the house, siquieres invite a friend, acuérdalo before me. You're free to use the kitchen but clean when finished. Reduce noise to a minimum, please. Please keep our home safe and closes the doors off, both the top and the bottom. Enjoy your stay and try our home as you would your own.

How do I book?

When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
