Vélez-Málaga is the largest municipality in the eastern part of the Costa del Sol, with 75,623 inhabitants (Municipal Register as at January 1, 2010), more than 150 square kilometers of territory and almost 25 kilometers of coastline and boasts the capital of the Axarquia, composed of 31 municipalities. The town of Velez-Malaga lies between the nuclei scattered Almayate, Cajiz, Benajarafe, Chilches, Lakes and Mezquitilla, Trapiche and Triana, although its main centers are Velez-Malaga, Torre del Mar and Caleta de Velez.
It is an apartment in the northern area of the municipality, bordering some fields. The apartment has a living room with a nice balcony overlooking the pool, a kitchen with utility room, 3 bedrooms bedrooms of which one has been dedicated to closet and storage. It has two bathrooms, one with shower and one inside the master bedroom with bathroom
The residents enjoy a swimming pool and sunbathing area.
It is ideal for students of Spanish who want to be close to authentic locations and their ancient customs area.
Administrative work but also I teach Spanish for foreigners twice a week. I like cooking and music. Fond of landscape photography and some afternoons free ride to find places nearby. I like road bike and often go for long walks. Sorry to say I do not like television, so I have no home, what if I like to listen to music and read ..

I love living in the Axarquía because I have both, the sea and the mountains. The climate allows for many outdoor activities along the entire autumn-winter inclusive. Spring and fall are ideal for hiking. In winter for snow lovers and skiing can be in the Sierra Nevada station in an hour and a quarter nothing else. In summer, the most appropriate activities due to the temperatures of 30-38 ° about are those made at sea. A 30-minute drive away is the Horseshoe fascinates with some funds if you like snorkeling or diving. There are golf courses open all year round just 10 minutes' drive from here.

SPANISH CLASSES GIVE 2 TIMES A WEEK WITH SMALL SUPPLEMENT IN THE PRICE. I CAN SPEAK SPANISH, ENGLISH AND GERMAN.

About the Area
Live Velez-North. It is the limit of this town. They spend two bus lines that communicate with Torre del Mar, coastal urban center belonging to the municipality. The bus station to go to Malaga is just minutes away. And just the same distance you find supermarkets, pharmacies, banks and other services. Málaga is 37 kms and the airport about 45 minutes by road.
There is a bus service that Alsa in Torre del Mar to Malaga airport at 9:50 a.m. and arrived there at 11.00 from Monday to Sunday throughout the summer.
The weather is generally good. In winter between 8 and 20 degrees. In the summer of 19 to about 38 degrees. Some years are a little wetter but overall we have a benevolent climate. A lot of light.

When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
