We live in a flat in Vilamarxant, it's near to Valencia. The AirPort closet is Manises. We are a you y couple who love travel and exchange experiencies. We love meet with friends. We have a child, she is 2 years old. I am a teacher and my husband works at home. We have a cat. It is very cleaned and lovely.
Our flat has 3 bedrooms, one big bedroom and two medium rooms. Ones is baby's bedroom and the other ones is free. In the flat there are 2 bathrooms, a kitchen and a big living room. Furthermor, there are two terrace. One es bigger than the other one. In all flat there is central heating, air conditioning and wifi.

About the Area
Our house is located in Vilamarxant. It's a village which has 10.000 hab. Our house is closer to Valencia. It takes 15 minutes by car from Vilamarxant to Valencia. The AirPort closer is Manises. It takes 12 minutes by car from Manises to Vilamarxant. From Manises to Valencia you take by car 5 min.
Our village has a lot of service as supermarkets, shops, drugstores,health center, busses to Valencia... Furthermore Vilamarxant has a important natural park Les Rodanes, and you can enjoy in a River Turia.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
