Comfortable and easy apartment in Colombo 0004 Sri Lanka.
we are located in the heart of Colombo city with easy access to all your needs. 30 minutes drive from Katunayake international airport. Its me wife and daughter (university student) stays at our three bed room apartment. Where we can spare one room with a bath and shower. Wife and I am employed. Our apartment has access only to occupants and its also through security gate. The room is with double bed, separate bathroom with hot water shower, Ceiling fan. You can use common living area with 4G WiFi.
Bed linen and towels provided and will be changed every three days when guests stay longer than three days. Essential toiletries, Drinking water, tea, coffee is also available in the small pantry.
Shopping malls, coffee shops, restaurants, pubs and scenic and tourist attractions are in few minutes drive. ex Colombo museum, Gangarama temple, cricket stadiums, golf club, Dehiwala zoo and many more.

100 mtrs to sea and 50 mtrs to Galle bus or Colombo Fort bus. easy access to pubs, clubs, hotels ,restaurants, gyms, spas and what ever you prefer in SL.

House Rules
Please don't entertain friends at the apartment. For that you can go to the nearest coffee shop 10 mtrs away on the same road where the apartment is. You Can smoke in the balcony, roof terrace or car park area. Request to use air conditions lights fans and other utensils when need only.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
