“The Little Town House”. This homestay is a tastefully furnished town house situated in a peaceful atmosphere within the heart of Colombo. Here you will be staying as house guests of Arjuna, Saluka, their daughter Thurya and pet dog Lily, who will offer a personalized experience of living with a Sri Lankan family - offering an unique home-stay experience for those who wish to explore the Sri Lankan culture, life style, arts and crafts, cuisine and the warmth of Sri Lankan hospitality. The Little Town House is furnished with new and antique furniture from the Colonial / Dutch period with snippets of Sri Lankan arts and crafts which provides not only comfortable accommodation but ones which are aesthetically pleasing. Colpetty is the hub of many fabulous restaurants (you can find anything!) but if you prefer some home cooked meal - Arjuna is a fabulous cook and prepares some delicious a la carte and Sri Lankan meals. All quite unique and different. It is highly recommended that one must try at least once during your stay!
Arjuna and Saluka will be happy to recommend and assist with your trips around Sri Lanka, Do air- port pick up services and guidance on sightseeing areas. At an extra cost you can also experience typical Sri Lankan cuisine, as part of the extended family, where each meal is an occasion to sit down and enjoy a few hours together or just simply enjoy the meal by yourselves. We serve a mixture of western, eastern and Sri Lankan cuisine. Saluka will also be happy to take you on site-seeing, shopping in and around Colombo and in some cases we will be happy to take you sight seeing outside of Colombo too.

In a peaceful residential neighborhood within the heart of the city limit where you can relax and unwind after exploring the busy Colombo city. Its walking distance to shopping malls, cafes, galleries, cinemas, museums, supermarkets and a vast range of restaurants.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
