Looking for accommodation (a room or entire house) near Colombo International Airport and relax after a long flight before heading towards your exciting journey in Sri Lanka? Or are you flying out of Sri Lanka and looking for a comfortable room to stay at a reasonable price? Or do you want to taste real Sri Lankan homemade dishes…? This is the perfect place for you! Our home is very close to the Colombo International Airport (only 20 min by car) and located in a quiet residential area.

About the Area
We have a homestay west coast of Sri Lanka, near the Colombo International Airport. Close to our home, there is a seaside town called Negombo with beautiful beaches and fine restaurants. The nearest major town is Ja-Ela which is only 15 minutes away from Colombo since the new Colombo-Katunayeka-Negombo expressway.
The villa is located only 15 mins drive from the Colombo International Airport and 20 kms from the capital Colombo. It is situated in an ideal location to base yourself to explore wonderful Sri Lanka. The Villa is the perfect location for visits to Colombo, the Cultural Triangle, Kandy, Galle and Negombo.

Meals
Hosts can offer a complimentary light breakfast at their discretion. All other meals, including a full breakfast, might incur an additional cost, if offered. Meals and any additional payment should be arranged directly with your host.

House Rules
Basic amenities have been provided including clean bedding, fresh towels, bathroom supplies, and more. Extra towels and laundry service can be provided upon request.
This is a non-smoking home. Smoking is not allowed inside the house. If you need to smoke, please do so outside and dispose of your cigarettes afterward.
You will be given a room key upon check-in. If you lose the key, please be reminded that you will be responsible for the cost of having the lock or key replaced.
Please do not use electrical appliances (toaster/iron etc.) or cooking facilities without first checking with us, as to how they are to be used correctly.
CHECK-IN/OUT INSTRUCTIONS
We kindly ask you to check-in after 15:00. Early check-in is possible only with prior request. The room may not be available before 15:00 at the time of check-in. However, you can enjoy common area in our beautiful home if you arrive early. If you arrive after 20:00, please let us know in advance so that we can keep your reservation. If arriving later than this without notice, your room reservation can be cancelled.
We kindly ask you to check-out of the house before 12:00, noon. This will ensure that we have time to clean the house in preparation for other guests checking in. Let us know if this is going to be a problem and we will try to make arrangements.
YOUR BEDROOM
Please keep your bedroom clean and tidy. No food or drink (water is okay) to be taken into the bedroom, and you are welcome to use our common area for that purpose. Please place your rubbish in the bins provided in our home. When you leave your bedroom, please switch off your light, a/c and your ceiling fan. Turn the bathroom and toilet light off when you have finished in these rooms.
During your stay, towels and bed sheets will be replaced once in 3 days in order to conserve water.
BATHROOM
You may be sharing the bathroom and toilet with other guests. Please help keep the bathroom clean for the next person.
When you shower, please inform our staff to switch on the pump system in order to make sure you have enough water pressure. Please also switch on the hot water button and wait for at least 10 minutes for the water to warm up. Please do not forget to switch off the boiler after you have taken your shower. If you shower at night, please finish before 10:30 pm.
Hair dryer is available upon request.
Breakfast
Breakfast will be provided between 7:00 and 10:00am, and served at the dining area. If you would like to have breakfast outside of this time, please let our staff know. We will try to accommodate your request as much as possible.

SAFETY
NEVER open the door to strangers. Check with us before you allow someone you know to enter our home. Although Millennium City is a safe residential compound, please take extra care.
Please always lock your room and do not store any valuables in your room. We will not be responsible for any losses or damages to your money or belongings.
TELEPHONE
If you wish to use the home telephone (local calls only), please ask us first. Only local calls can be made from the home phone (no mobiles calls or international).
INTERNET
We have wireless internet connection. Please note that the connection can be unstable depending on the internet traffic. We are trying our best but please understand that slow internet connection/connection cut can happen sometimes.
LIABILITIES
The guests will be liable for any damages to people or property.
We will not be held responsible for the acts or omissions of our staff occurring on the premises, except, when they arise out of their performance of their duties. In any case, we will not be held responsible under any circumstances for damages to whom it is liable.

Please talk to us if you have any problems or concern. We will also do the same if needed. We want you to have a pleasant experience with us. Please respect our requests and our belongings. We hope you enjoy your stay with us! We are looking forward to getting to know you better!

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
