Welcome to the heavenly home, a place where you will be awaken by the harmony of birds in the morning and refreshed by the fragrance of budding flowers in the garden yet only 2km away from the rush of the Kandy City.
My wife and I thought of starting Heavenly Home recently because we would love to interact with travelers from different countries/cultures and also to share the Sri Lanken life style with them. Since my wife and I enjoy travelling we would like to help out people who wish to travel in Sri Lanka too.
A separate entrance which directly opens to the garden and an attached bathroom with hot and cold water facilities are available to your room. You can enjoy your tea with the greenery of our garden sitting on the veranda to calm yourself.
We offer you the best homely environment to enjoy your stay in Kandy. Feel free to interact and enjoy the Sri Lankan culture with us. You are warmly welcome to use the visiting room, dining room as well as the balcony while your stay at our residence.
We can always pick you up from Kandy city/ station on your arrival. Sometimes we will be able drop you to the city/ public transport depending on the availability of the home vehicle. Its a 2min walk to a Taxi (three wheel).

About the Area
Heavenly Home is situated 2km away from Kandy town, close to public transport and 2min walk to a taxi(three wheeler). The city center, parks, and art and Temple of tooth are few near by places to enjoy while your stay.
Restaurants, cafes, bars, local food outlets, pharmacy, supermarket, clothing and laundry services are available in a walking distance.
You’ll love my place because of the location, hospitality, the ambiance, the outdoors space, and the neighborhood. Not only those but also my wife's delicious local food dishes. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, students and business travelers.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
