US, Myself wife and my only child, live in historically rich city called Kandy. It is just 10mins walk from the most beautiful attractive Lake of Kandy. We are situated in the heart of the city just 5mins drive from the Kandy Railway Station. Our beautiful home is situated 3mins walk from the historic forest reserve on a hill range called Udawatta Kelle Sanctuary.
Easy access to all cafes and boutique quite surrounding, It has 3 bedrooms, lounge, large kitchen/ diner, office, bathroom/ shower room, WIFI and Patio doors out to a large, beautiful small roof top garden. The house is bright and modern with all mod cons!! We have no pets but promise lots of fun. Beautiful private bed rooms with comfortable beds. Onsite parking available.
We guarantee you will enjoy our hospitality and you will carry so much lovely memories with you within a very short time.

House Rules
- The doors will be closed by 11pm.
- Cannot smoke in house, there is balcony smoking area.
- Please keep our home secure and lock doors and windows when leaving the house.
- All your valuables could be locked in our locker, this procedure needs to be informative.
- Feel free to use the kitchen but please clean up after yourself.
- No pets allowed inside.
- Please do not bring strangers into our home. If you would like to invite a friend over, ask first.
- Please respect our home but feel comfortable. Treat it as your own house for the duration of your stay.

Smoking is allowed outdoors only.
How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
