It's a quiet modern Home situated in the suburbs facing a main road with a mountain view. 11 steps to reach the main entrance door and another 5 steps to reach the room on the mezzanine floor. We could speak in English sinhala and Tamil language . Bucket bath could be arranged for our Indian guests . ( optional )

About the Area
The property is located in a silent neighborhood at Rajahaphilla Mawatha, Kandy at a distance of 0.5 km from end of the Kandy lake and at a distance of 1 .6 km from Kandy city centre.
The bus stop is only 10 minutes walk from the house and there are lots of buses available on this route. we could arrange our car at a reasonable cost for airport pick up and to visit other places.
Grocery Stores, Restaurants , Food Outlets, Swimming Pools , Gym and Tennis courts are at a walking distance .
Enjoy the 30 minutes walk around kandy lake for a distance of 3.4km preferably in the early morning hours when the traffic is low and enjoy the nature , birds that feed on fish , lizards and turtles etc. The new tourist attraction in Kandy is the International Bird Park .

When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
