A large bungalow in a private peaceful location with ample garden space filled with local fruit and coconut trees. Close enough to get to the beaches, restaurants and tourist sites easily, but away from the hustle and bustle.

About the Area
The house is located just 10 minutes from the Galle highway exit and 15 minutes from Galle Fort in a quiet village, with friendly neighbours and an abundance of wildlife. It's a great area for walking, cycling or to hire a scooter and ride through the surrounding villages and paddy fields. With shops close by selling all the essentials and some of the best beaches and restaurants on the south coast just a short ride away, it really is a great location.

Dogs live at this property.
No parties or events. Not child-friendly (0-12 years). Check-in is after 1PM (unless prior arrangements made).
One key is provided to the guest for the bedroom, the house keys are kept with the owners and the house will be locked by 11pm. As we don't have night staff we kindly request guests return to the property by this time.
Breakfast will be provided from 8am to 10am, breakfast can be provided earlier if required with advance notice.
No smoking or food preparation in the room.
You are given a key for your room, any valuables left in your room are not the responsibility of the owners.
Other than guest room, veranda, living room and garden, all other areas are private.
Water bottle will be provided for each guest daily, additional bottles can be purchased at cost price.
Outside guests are not allowed.
Wifi is provided but we ask that you do not download large files such as movies or software.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
