Come and explore the beautiful West coast and feel the city vibe in Gothenburg, our place is the crossroad for both. We love to meet people with different backgrounds regardless of age, etnicity or sexual orientation as long as we respect each other and be kind.
Our house is located in a beautiful suburb, South of Gothenburg city, 20 min by communter train to City center. Your room is on the 2nd floor in the house with a large TV room and a private bathroom. There are a 120 x 200 cm bed, a double bedsoffa and workstation in the room.
It is perfect for solo or couple travellers who look for the vibe in the city and the tranquility of the suburb.

About the Area
Our house is located at South of Gothenburg, 20 min by communter train to the city center. It is a nice and quiet neighbourhood close to the forest and public transport. If you come with a car, there is free parking on our driveway and in the neighbourhood.

House Rules
1. You are our guest. Please don't bring your own guests which are not included in the booking to our place.
2. It is a quiet neighborhood. Feel free to listen to music and watch TV and relax in our place. Be considerate and turn down the volume after 22:00.
3. Please clean and tidy up the kitchen after you and put your dishes in the dish washer. Treat it like your home not a hotel:)
4. You are welcome to use the dining table in the kitchen or enjoy your meal in the living room upstairs; please do not have your meal in the bedroom.
5. Please take off your shoes when entering the house.
6. Please empty your trash including trash bin in the bathroom before check-out.
7. If you break or damage things in the house, you will be asked for compensation.
Smoking Rules
Your host is a non-smoker.
Smoking is not allowed.
How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
