We are family of four, with parents and two wonderful kids, aged 13 and 16. However, during weekdays, it's just the two of us as the kids are at school. We are fluent in English and are dedicated to providing you with exceptional hospitality throughout your stay.

About the Area
The 1st-floor apartment situated in the eastern suburb of Taipei, offering a convenient 30-minute commute to downtown Taipei city by either bus or car. Right around the corner, you'll find a bus stop and a public bicycle station, a mere one-minute stroll from your doorstep. These buses provide direct routes to Taipei's MRT and train stations for your daily convenience.
Additionally, you'll have a 24-hour convenience store just steps away, and a supermarket within a leisurely 5-minute walk for all your everyday needs.
If you savor leisurely moments, the largest lake in Taipei is also a mere 5-minute walk away. It's the perfect spot for serene lakeside strolls, whether you prefer to bask in the morning calm or admire the breathtaking sunset.

Hosts can offer a complimentary light breakfast at their discretion. All other meals, including a full breakfast, might incur an additional cost, if offered. Meals and any additional payment should be arranged directly with your host.

House Rules
Payment Policy: Kindly settle all Homestay Fees in advance before your check-in. Please note that Homestay Accommodation Fees are non-refundable once paid.
No Smoking Policy: Our homestay house is a smoke-free environment. Smoking is not allowed inside the house, including your room and the garden. However, it is allowed to smoke outside the building gate.
Room Cleanliness: We kindly request that you maintain the cleanliness of your room.
Kitchen Usage: You are free to use our kitchen, and we appreciate it if you can help keep it clean after use.
Damages Policy: In the unfortunate event of any damages caused by a guest, the associated costs will be charged to the guest's account.
Guest Accompanying Policy: Feel free to invite any member of the host family to accompany you outside. Please be aware that expenses for transportation, meals, or entrance fees incurred outside the house are your responsibility.
Energy Conservation: To help conserve energy, we kindly request that you turn off the air conditioning unit when not using the bedroom.
Health Responsibility: Your health is your priority. Any medical or hospitalization expenses, as well as the cost of medicines if you fall ill, are your personal expenses.
We believe that these guidelines will help ensure a pleasant and comfortable stay for both you and our host family.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
